Ground chaser bin BNP-12 Kovcheg - Loading wagons perpendicular to the wagon
A horizontal auger located at the bottom of the machine's hopper feeds the grain to a vertical auger, which transfers it to another means of transportation – an agricultural trailer or transport trailer. The auger spirals are made of a special type of steel used in their production at the Italian factory. Before assembly, they are centered and properly balanced, ensuring that the grain theoretically remains undamaged. The conveying and unloading augers are powered by a suitable shaft receiving power from the tractor at 540 rpm or by an electric motor with a 380 V power supply using the same method.

Every BNP machine is equiped with hydraulic sliding damper that opens with hydraulic cylinder. It prevents peak load on horizontal augers (at first we start the augers, and only after this we open the damper). Hydraulic damper allows regulating feed of grain or mineral fertilizers.
BNP-12/E “Kovcheg” electrical modification, work with 380 Volts electricity.
BNP-12/E with auger diameter 400 mm has two engines. Power 30,0 kWt plus 3,0 kWt electrical drive of hydraulic machine that commands all hydraulic system through distributor (setting auger to working position, hydraulic board, dosing clutch, transport position of “Kovcheg”).
BNP-12/E with auger diameter 500 mm also has two engines. First 55 kWt, that drives horizontals and vertical augers and 3,0 kWt, that drives hydraulic machine. BNP-12/E can also work with tractor, from tractor’s PTO when it’s needed (82-120 h.p.), for doing this, you need to remove belts of electric drive and connect cardan shaft.
